Negotiations

Due to recent events I noted the regularity of negotiations, if you stop and think about it people negotiate the whole day. Even if you go buy a snack it is a kind of negotiation, but only the price is already set. But only when you feel that the price is acceptable you will buy it. Actually it is the simplest form of a negotiation, it is a single line negotiation, the asked price is immediately accepted. However, this is not interesting, what is interesting is when a negotiation breaks down.

When do you negotiate? The answer is easy, when you need something from someone else. If you really really want it, you will try anything to achieve your goal. There is a interesting pattern to people's way of negotiation. It is the little things, you might think:"Hey that's weird", but if you don't pay attention you will not see that it really happens all the time all around you.
